Terms of Service — Zenvoicer

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Zenvoicer application and service ("the Service"), published and operated by WERO Lab ("we", "us", "our"), available via zenvoicer.io and the iOS/Android mobile apps. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Description of the Service

Zenvoicer is unpaid-invoice follow-up ("dunning") software that lets its users ("you", "the User") manage their clients and invoices, schedule the automatic sending of polite, personalized reminder emails, and generate payment links to the payment solutions of their choice (Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

3. User account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when you register and throughout your use of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Zenvoicer offers a free plan ("Free") with limited features and a paid plan ("Pro") giving access to all features. Paid Zenvoicer subscriptions are billed through our Merchant of Record payment provider, Lemon Squeezy or Polar. The prices shown in the application are authoritative. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund unless required by law.

5. Payments from your own clients

Zenvoicer never processes or holds any funds belonging to your clients. Payment links generated by the Service redirect to the payment provider you have configured (Stripe, PayPal, custom link, bank transfer, etc.). You remain solely responsible for the contractual, tax, and financial relationship with your own clients.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or to send unsolicited communications (spam) to people who are not your genuine clients. We reserve the right to suspend any account used in violation of these principles.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (logo, brand, interface, code, content) are the exclusive property of WERO Lab. No license or right other than the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms is granted to you.

8. Availability and liability

We use reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the Service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the application's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, following prior notice whenever reasonably possible.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms, in particular to reflect legal, technical, or functional changes to the Service. In the event of a substantial change, we will ask you to accept the Terms again the next time you log in. Continuing to use the Service after acceptance constitutes agreement to the new terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at WERO Lab's place of establishment. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, except for any mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
